      INTERVENTION : TEAM BUILDING

      PERSPECTIVE
In order to bring about visible changes in the performance of a team,a transition from workshops to interventions is required. A Team building intervention not only focusses on creating Team oriented mental patterns and skills but also on team processes. OBJECTIVES
      1. To identify points of inadequacies in the team through data collection.
      2. To share the points of inadequacies with the team and catalyse changes in the underlying processes.

      4. To expand individual / Team perception and to enable the transfer of undelivered communication through team open feedback.
      5. To build the mental patterns and skills for mapping current and new processes.
      6. To create an openness to team process changes.
      BENEFITS
      1. Visible changes in team working and performance .
      2. Team structure for creating shared perception of Team Goal , process and resources.

      FACILITATION SKILLS

      PERSPECTIVE :

      OBJECTIVES :
To develop the following facilitation skills of participants :
      1. Facilitating self organizing change.
      2. Facilitating long term and faster learning.
