Workshop Objectives:

1. To identify and assimilate the competencies required for managing the training
function
To identify and assimilate the competencies required for managing the training function.
2. To
undertake an in-depth exploration, analysis and synthesis of all the training competencies through casesand organizational best practices.
3. To integrate
the components of each competency and examine its application process.
4. To
enhance the competencies identified through application and
analysis.
5. To
formulate an action plan for applying the training competencies examined
and assimilated.
Performance
Objectives/Deliverables:
Task:
The participants should be able to:
- Identify
all the competencies of,” Managing the training function”.
- Assimilate
the components of each competency.
- State
the process of applying each competency.
- Apply
50% of the competencies at the workplace.
Assessment Standard:
- Assimilation
level:
- Assimilation
of 75% of the competencies assessed through the pre and post test.
- Application
level:
- Application
of 50% of the competencies within 3 months assessed through a review
program.
Conditions:
- The
participants are allocated the projects and the resources to apply the
competencies at the work place.
